You probably send significantly less mail than you used to, but I still think there is great value in the time saver that is a return address stamp. I cannot stand to write my return address and I think it’s a huge waste of time and energy. Yes, you probably get a million return address labels from charities that are soliciting donations. I put those straight into the recycling bin because as they never reflect my style and are usually seasonal. Plus the quick execution of the stamp has a sense of finality and a little bit fun. I love a simple one for impersonal mail, like bills and official paperwork.
If you’re like me and you send personal notes and cards, I also like to have a stylized address stamp (and I have opted for colored ink). There are many styles to choose from at sites like expressionary.com.
